The Vienna Moose Lodge is having a Belmont Stakes Viewing Party on June 8th, 2019, starting at 4:00 pm. We know you will not want to miss this event. We invite you to wear your favorite horse race attire too! The lodge will be having some great food, cold drinks, and more this day.

The Vienna Moose is your new home for Sunday Breakfasts. Do you like omelets or egg served to order? Do you like your bacon served crunchy, or your sausage perfectly prepared? We will also have French Toast and Country Gravy and Bisquets. Starting this month and going forward, we will be having breakfast at the lodge on the first Sunday of each month from 9:00 am to Noon.

The Vienna Moose is joining the Beltway Baggers and Mid-Atlantic Cornhole in holding Cornhole at our lodge on Tuesday Nights. We will be having a special food menu each night starting at 5:30 pm. We invite all members and qualified guests to come to play. During the starting of this event, we will be having a special membership drive to sign up new members. For more information please contact a lodge member. This is going to be a blast! Do you want to practice your game, come during the week and try your hand at throwing bags!
Margaritas, Jimmy Buffett music, Reggae Music, and a chill atmosphere. What could be better? Well, we will be hosting a Margaritaville Party on Saturday, June 22, 2019. We invite you and your guests to come chill and have cold drinks and some great food while listening to some really good music. The fun starts at 2:00 pm and goes till we are finished. The Vienna Moose announces that it will be holding Karaoke for its members and qualified guests the second Saturday of each month! Maybe you like to sing difficult songs like "Tequila" or Pat Benatar's "Best Shot", or something more original! Well, the lodge is your place on the first Saturday of each month. Rolling Thunder has been a huge part of the Northern Virginia experience for as many years as I can remember. We are sad to see it end. But to help celebrate what Rolling Thunder has come to mean, the Vienna Moose Lodge invites all members and qualified guests to attend this last hurrah with some good food, cold drinks, great music, and more this coming Memorial Day weekend. So on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm, we will be BBQing and having a great time. We will be updating this article with more information as it becomes available. Do you make great Chili? Do you like great chili? Well here is your chance to make and try great chili! On April 6, 2019, the lodge is hosting the Virginia Moose District 4’s second annual Chili Cook-Off featuring some of the greatest chilies from around the district. This competition is held to find out who makes the best chili and to enter that lodge’s member into the Virginia Moose competition at the Lynchburg-South Family Moose Center #1727 on Saturday, September 21, 2019. The winner of the Virginia Moose competition will go on to compete in the Moose International competition on the grounds of Moosehaven in Florida in an event sanctioned by the International Chili Society. The place to be on Thursday's is here at the Vienna Moose Lodge. Starting at 7:00 pm, we hold our weekly Trivia Night! Teams or individuals are asked questions on Geography, Entertainment, History, Art and Literature, Science and Nature, and Sports and Leisure. What are the questions like?
You might be asked, "What is the actual color of the sun?" "Which computer company introduced the mouse?" "Which craft includes a garter, purl, and stockinette?" "In Greek mythology, who is the goddess of wisdom?"

If you are following the news and activities for St. Patrick’s Day this year, you will want to put the following event on your calendar! The Vienna Moose is hosting Mary Lou and the Drugstore Lovers this year for a St. Patrick’s Day!
The lodge will be having a great band that plays plenty of dance music for the Green day! Not only that we will be having a great buffet of Irish food for everyone to enjoy. The price for this event is $20 dollars per person and includes dinner and music! So, grab your dancing shoes and lace them up tight for a fun night with friends!

Hey everyone, if you have not been to the lodge in some time, we have added another activity! The Vienna Moose Lodge invites you to attend one of our Cornhole Tournaments starting on Tuesday, January 15 and going forward each Tuesday night. We already have a great crew coming to play. We are also holding a Membership Drive for the first month of play. If a new member joins during this time, he or she will receive one or two extra years of membership for the price of one year’s membership. We want to thank Newmarket Entertainment for helping in this short time membership drive.
Are you new to playing cornhole? We will be having a social league each week if enough players want! We have some pro-players each week helping to instruct new players. It is a lot of fun and to have new members helping new players is a huge bonus!
We are also having a new food menu for the games each week. We hope you will join us for a night of fun, food, and a meeting of new friends! You can find more cornhole events on the Beltway Baggers Facebook page too!
The Vienna Moose is holding a New Year's Eve party and you are going to want to be here! The party music is from the Rusty Highway Band and the catering will be done by Gwen! We are inviting the PUBLIC too! So we have the music, the food, and the place to dance the night away! The only thing not stated is the Toast at midnight! Yes, we will have a toast! The price to attend is 30 dollars an individual and 50 dollars a couple.

It is that time of year again! When the weather gets cold, and the lodge is abuzz with Christmas ornaments and bright lights, and cheer all around. But this year is a bit different! This is our 60th birthday! So, we are inviting you to come to help us celebrate another year of supporting our community.
So, our Christmas / Birthday party is going to be on December 1, 2018. We will be having a great dance band, food, and cheer starting at 6:00 pm. Because this event is so important to us, we are inviting everyone. Yep, that is right our Christmas / Birthday party is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
The event is free to get in for everyone, even if you are not a member. We plan on having a really nice dinner for everyone a bargain basement price too! Our Moose Open House day was a huge success. We want to thank everyone that came out to support the lodge and inform others about what the Moose is all about. The day started with our Kids Trunk or Treat at noon. Wow, we gave out a lot of candy. We would like to thank Elizabeth and Tom Rockett for organizing the event and others for helping with this event. We had a great turn out for our first Trunk or Treat. We got a lot of feedback from parents bringing their kids to the event. I believe we would have had a bigger turnout if the rain had held off.
The evening was great for everyone that was in attendance. We had the Rusty Highway Band play all evening long. It was fun watching members and non-members dance. Gwen Smith made the event great with her amazing pasta dishes. If you did not get a chance to try her chicken alfredo over fettuccini or her meatball marinara over spaghetti you really missed out! Oh, and the cookies were so good too!

Again, it cannot be stressed enough that, we are so grateful for our newest members and everyone’s help around the lodge these days. If it was not for the hard work of these members, our lodge would not be growing and helping our community as much as we are! Thank you!
While the Wicked Witches and her flying monkeys do not live at the Vienna Moose Lodge, we are going to have some wonderfully scary costumed men and women for our Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 27, 2018, starting at Noon.
We are inviting the PUBLIC to bring their kids to the Lodge for some really great Halloween fun! We are going to have all sorts of candy and more going on.
We are going to have a contest for the best costumes this day. It also is the same day as Moose International’s Open House Day at all lodges. So, if you have questions about the Moose, come ready to get them answered. We are also having a fun evening event too. We have a band playing in our Main Hall starting at 7:00 pm. This day has so much going on. We hope you will all join us for a fun day of kids, candy, music, and more! We look forward to seeing everyone in costume!

We would like to present a completely great idea that will give an opportunity for our active members to gain extra cash just for applying basic skills of mathematical accuracy, attentiveness, and speedy reactions. It is a bingo game.
Our games will be each Saturday going forward. We invite all members and qualified guests to come play with some fun people. Come on down for some great food, amazing friends, and bingo. All the fun starts at 5:00 pm each Saturday. We hope to see you this coming Saturday.
